Onboard Weighing System

Onboard Weighing System

Senlogic Automation, a certified company has introduced their latest product Senlogic Onboard Weighing System. This system will help you to weigh your vehicle, load and conveyor belt on board. The weighing results are transmitted to display unit on the operator's desk and sent to the central server along with various parameters like date, time and GPS location of vehicle and all previous trips done by it. The data can be retrieved from any terminal at any place through internet connection.

What is on board weighing?

A weighing scale is a weighing instrument used to measure mass in a large quantity, usually for commercial purposes. It can be either electronic or mechanical and can be of different types based on sensors used in it. The term onboard weghing is also commonly used to identify scales that are fixed inside industrial vehicles or machines that cannot be moved from one place to another easily. A common example of such scale would be ones fitted inside trucks for weighment of goods during transportation. Such on board weighing system must satisfy specific international standards, though not all countries impose laws regarding them. However, most countries require their use by law at least when transporting goods across state borders. In addition to its main purpose of measuring weight, an onboard weighing system may have other capabilities as well. For instance, it may also have a temperature sensor and display readings in Celsius as well as Fahrenheit degrees or even switch between both automatically depending on ambient temperature. Other features may include automatic shutoff after specified time intervals (such as five minutes) or ability to switch off if vehicle stops moving for more than 30 seconds (to save battery life). Some onboard weighing systems can be connected via Bluetooth to mobile devices so that users can access data collected by these systems remotely using their phones/tablets/laptops etc.

Application of on board weighing:

An automatic weigher can be used as a piece of equipment that measures and/or counts items in an assembly line. An automatic weigher's purpose is to weigh, count and/or calculate what is going on an assembly line. Automation means faster production and better quality control. Using Automatic Weight Systems can save factories time, improve productivity, increase profits and enhance accuracy. You've already seen these systems in use at supermarkets and airports but are they right for your business? This month we take a look at what they're all about, how they work and how they could benefit you. We have witnessed an explosive growth in new technology driven by companies such as Amazon. Businesses now have unprecedented access to products, customers and markets across every industry and country – providing greater choice than ever before; more data than ever before; wider competition than ever before; higher risks than ever before; increased opportunities for international trade – yet governments still lag behind other industries when it comes to adopting new technologies or implementing smart practices like big data analytics or digital transformation strategies. That’s why modern-day leaders need access to unbiased expert advice and insight so they can transform their organizations into digitally advanced businesses capable of taking advantage of today’s complex digital landscape – not tomorrow but today!

Advantages of OBM:

Over-Board (OBM) is a set of fully automatic weighing equipment designed to be fitted on board vessels or any other moving platform. The equipment can also be used on piers, wharves and intermodal terminals. At fixed locations, where the OBM cannot be placed at ground level, there are several other weighing configurations that can be applied according to your specifications. Fixed installations are normally performed in vertical direction with a scale output directly connected to one of our weighbridges / control stations or an existing mainframe system. Over-Board (OBM) is a set of fully automatic weighing equipment designed to be fitted on board vessels or any other moving platform. The equipment can also be used on piers, wharves and intermodal terminals.
